Phone a Friend Care Services is here to provide you and your loved ones with care and support for activities in the home and/or community as required.Rosie is an Enrolled Nurse with experience working in the community with NDIS and Aged participants, and also current experience working in a Residential Aged Care Facility.

Services offered by Rosie:

Assistance with daily personal activitiesAssistance with travel/transport arrangementsAssistance with daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangementInnovative community participationDevelopment of daily living and life skillsHousehold tasksParticipation in community, social and civic activitiesOther core activities as per agreement.

Pricing is based on NDIS guidelinesServices can be provided on a recurring basis with an active service agreementThere may also be availability for one-off services
